Government Shutdown

Well they did what they said they didn’t want to do, but maybe they did want to do. Yes, the Republicans shut down the government. They blame others but yeah, they did it. It seems that my junior Senator Ted Cruz in his role as” in fact Speaker of the House” shut the government down. I’m told that 800,000 people directly and untold indirectly were left without a paycheck. That should be outrage enough, but I’m told we haven’t seen anything yet. With all the things facing this country, both nationally and internationally giving Americans health insurance is the worst thing that could happen. Seems like some feller from Israel was talking about nuclear bombs and American people were asking about jobs but forget that. Seems like this feller from Texas, a Cruz fellow figured out how to make this governing thing easy.  Well yeah, No need to legislate, just shut the dang thing down.

Well seems them other fellows, them fellers who were Republicans elected to the House agreed. Then having nothing to do they started working on their alphabets and in a fit of largesse they sent them Senator fellers the fruits of their labor. Yeah ABCD well seems they got fond of E so they kept that one for themselves. Maybe later. Seems like Solomon had it wrong, to save the baby starve the baby. Well this Cruz fellow he’s a genius, he figured this out in less than a year in the senate. Old McCain fussed at him and some feller named Peter King wasn’t happy but Cruz done figured this government thing out. Shut it down. So quit fretting people, there’s nothing to see here. Thanks Mr. Ted Cruz.
